Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan visited Condet, Balekambang, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta to harvest lanzones and snake fruits.

I hope Jakartans could visit this place often

In this chance, he harvested lanzones directly from the tree by climbing up the ladder and tasting it. He also tasted the snake fruit that he took by himself.

"There are something specials when I taste these lanzones and snake fruits. It is very tasty and unique. It makes me want to eat more," he expressed, Thursday (3/14).

He informed, this lanzones and snake fruit field is cultivated in Condet Heritage Zone with land as wide as 3.4 hectares. Uniquely, this area is located in the middle of Metropolitan City of Jakarta.

"I hope Jakartans could visit this place often. Children usually knows the fruit but don't know its tree. So, parents should invite their children here," he mentioned.

According to him, assets in Condet Heritage Zone should be preserved. Besides, Jakartans can visit this place for education recreation area.
